Forget what you see.
The most important part of a day care center is the one part that can't be faked and glossed over with bright paint and papier-mache.
That part is what's inside.
If it's a good daycare center, inside you'll have qualified teachers. An adult volunteer staff, and a program
for parent involvement.
It might have someone who knows what to feed kids to keep them healthy. And someone to care for them when they're not.
Right now in this country faked glossed daycare there are 5 million kids under age 6 whose mothers hold jobs. Quality daycare would be god for all kinds of kids, including many of these 5 millions.
