What a varied life you have led, in both occupation and location. I have
been in New Mexico all my life, and have been at Santa Fe continuously since
1978 when I started my BSc. Luckily, Santa Fe remains an interesting city.
I have received many offers over the years to go elsewhere, but I always
decide not to go for cultural and family reasons. I guess Salt Lake City has
picked up in this respect over the years.
I would say that I spent most of my life up until about age 38, learning
how to live and figuring out myself emotionally. My 40's are turning out
to be my golden period...everything is going my way, I have a great
relationship, I'm playing music again, etc. Who'd a thunk it?
That's great, I am really happy for you, and hope it continues indefinitely.
Thanks. In my younger days, I never could have imagined this. Now it
just
seems natural. I guess everyone's different and its all a matter of
timing
and luck.
Indeed. Timing and luck, and learning to roll with the punches. I have a
pretty Zen attitude about life, it is virtually impossible for anything to
happen that really upsets me, especially day to day things that seem to
upset so many others.
