The ability to meet deadlines is undesirable. No one wants to be seen respecting deadlines.
A project delivered late has more value than one for which we have not waited for. Firstly,
anticipation alone increases the value of the project to the client's heart, and secondly,
a project delivered late gives an impression of having needed more man-hours, care, and last-minute
perfectionist touches.
Conversely, a project delivered on time, or ahead of time, will appear botched and worthless. The
client has been robbed of the period of anticipation that is included in the price of the project.
"Oh! Already?" the most misunderstood form of disappointment.
